Instructions:
Cut the beef into medium chunks. Keep the bones.
In a large pot, add the mustard oil.
Sear the beef for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Add the shallots and toss for 1 minute.
Add the ginger paste, garlic paste and toss for 1 minute.
Add the cumin, coriander, salt, nutmeg whole cloves and cinnamon.
Toss for 1 minute. Add the beef stock, and then bring it to boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the beef. Cook for 20 minutes.
Add the rosemary, yogurt, macadamia nuts, red chilies, chili flakes and mix.
Cook for another 20 minutes. Serve hot.
